Maple Candied Bacon

What You’ll Need:
  • 1 pack 375g Drake Maple Bacon
  • 1/3 cup maple syrup
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar
  1. Preheat oven to 400°F
  2. Line large baking sheet with parchment paper and lay out bacon strips
  3. Brush tops of bacon with maple syrup and sprinkle with brown sugar
  4. Cook for 15 minutes
  5. Flip and brush with remaining maple syrup, sprinkle with remaining brown sugar
  6. Cook for another 10 minutes or until desired crispness is reached

*In the rare case where you don’t eat it all right away, it can be stored in the fridge overnight!
