Grilled Onion & Sauerkraut Smokies

Even on your most ‘sauer’ days, Grilled Onion and Sauerkraut Smokies can be a pretty sweet thing.

What You’ll Need:

  • Drake Meats Bacon & Cheese Smokies
  • 2 pretzel buns
  • 2 tbs. sauerkraut
  • 1 onion diced
  • 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
  • 1 tsp. oil
Preparation:
  1. Coat small frying pan with oil and place on medium heat
  2. Add diced onion to pan
  3. Add Bacon & Cheese Smokies to pan and cover
  4. Cook for 10 minutes, stirring onions occasionally. Flip smokies half way through.
  5. Add smokies to pretzel bun and top with grilled onions, sauerkraut, and dijon mustard.
  6. Enjoy!
