Even on your most ‘sauer’ days, Grilled Onion and Sauerkraut Smokies can be a pretty sweet thing.
What You’ll Need:
- Drake Meats Bacon & Cheese Smokies
- 2 pretzel buns
- 2 tbs. sauerkraut
- 1 onion diced
- 1 tsp. Dijon mustard
- 1 tsp. oil
- Coat small frying pan with oil and place on medium heat
- Add diced onion to pan
- Add Bacon & Cheese Smokies to pan and cover
- Cook for 10 minutes, stirring onions occasionally. Flip smokies half way through.
- Add smokies to pretzel bun and top with grilled onions, sauerkraut, and dijon mustard.
